MERGEDBINARY_BYCELLWITHIMPUTED_EPIATLAS_INCLUDEONLY - This directory contains the binarized data for per-epigenome ChromHMM annotations. There is one directory for epigenome and then one file per chromosome. Each line after the two header lines corresponds to a consectuive 200bp interval.

MERGEDBINARY_EPIATLAS_INCLUDEDONLY - This directory contains the binarized data used for the universal ChromHMM annotations. The files are named genome_chrA.B_binary.txt.gz where chrA correspond to the chromosome and B an integer indicating which portion of the chromosome. Files are numbered starting from 0 and correspond to consecutive 1MB portions except the last file for the chromosome which can be less than 1MB. Each line after the two header lines corresponds to a consecutive 200bp interval.
